Return policy

At LOOK. ICONIC, we stand for quality and customer satisfaction. If your order does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the policy outlined below.


1. Return Period

General Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be shipped back to us within this return period.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or incomplete may be refused or returned to the customer.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and / or commercial reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, such as underwear and socks
  • Items marked as Final Sale

These exceptions are clearly indicated on the product page.


4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Register your return via our return portal or by contacting customer service

  2. Carefully package the items, preferably in the original packaging

  3. Ship the package according to the instructions provided after registration

Returns sent without prior registration will not be accepted.

The risk of return shipment remains with the customer. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any customs duties, import charges, or other fees incurred on international returns are also the responsibility of the customer


6. Processing & Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, it will be processed within 10 business days.

If approved, we will first assess whether you will be offered a discount or a gift card. Depending on the situation, a full refund may be considered. If a full refund is offered, please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and display it on your screen.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved.
