Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by LOOK. ICONIC. and to every agreement concluded between LOOK. ICONIC. and the consumer.
Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer.
Article 3 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind LOOK. ICONIC.
Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible but may differ slightly from the actual product.
Article 4 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions stated therein.
LOOK. ICONIC. reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information if deemed necessary.
Article 5 – Prices and Payment
All prices listed include applicable VAT.
Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before the order is completed.
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available through the webshop.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
LOOK. ICONIC. works with logistics partners and suppliers. As a result, delivery times may vary per product. All stated delivery times are indicative.
If delivery is unexpectedly delayed, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.
If delivery cannot take place within a reasonable period, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge. In such case, the amount paid will be refunded.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Purchases are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the Return Policy of LOOK. ICONIC.
The Return Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Returns are only processed if they have been registered in advance in accordance with LOOK. ICONIC.’s return instructions.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that:

are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, such as underwear and socks

are marked as Final Sale
These exceptions are clearly stated on the product page.
Article 9 – Legal Conformity
LOOK. ICONIC guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and meet the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
If a product is defective or does not conform, the consumer must contact customer service within a reasonable period. LOOK. ICONIC. will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Article 10 – Liability
LOOK. ICONIC. is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or loss of profits.
LOOK. ICONIC.’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Article 11 – Force Majeure
LOOK. ICONIC. is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if it is prevented from doing so due to force majeure, including disruptions involving suppliers, carriers, or other third parties.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of LOOK. ICONIC. and may not be used without prior written permission.
Article 13 – Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of LOOK. ICONIC.
Article 14 – Amendment of the Terms
LOOK. ICONIC. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
Amended terms apply from the moment they are published on the website.
Article 15 – Governing Law and Disputes
All agreements between LOOK. ICONIC. and the consumer are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
